Interestingly, my firewall rule is called Allow-DHCPv6 and not Allow-DHCPv6-Relay, not sure if that matters at all. Changing to yours didn't seem to bring up ipv6 at all. The only difference between our two firewall rules were the ports on the DHCPv6 bit. OpenWrt is a Linux distribution designed to run on low-powered embedded devices.
